1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Synthaly Music ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate through Roblox OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.

3. Artist Submissions

Artists who submit content to Synthaly Music represent and warrant that:

They own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content
The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
The content does not contain any bypassed, stolen, or unauthorized audio
The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
The content does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

4. Content Review

All submissions are subject to review by our moderation team. Synthaly Music reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any content at our sole discretion. Submitting content does not guarantee publication.

5. Roblox Publishing

Approved content may be submitted for publishing on the Roblox platform. This process is separate from initial approval and requires additional review. Publishing to Roblox is subject to Roblox's own terms of service and community guidelines.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Violations of these terms may result in:

Warning: A formal notice of policy violation
Strike: A recorded violation that remains on your account
Suspension: Temporary or permanent removal of account access

Three strikes will result in automatic account suspension. Severe violations may result in immediate suspension without prior warnings.

7. Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of their original content. By submitting content to Synthaly Music, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service and associated platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Synthaly Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Discord Bot Integration

Our Discord bot ("Synthaly Music Assistant") is subject to the following terms:

The bot requires Discord OAuth authorization to link your Discord account
The bot collects your Discord user ID, username, and avatar for identification purposes
Bot commands and interactions may be logged for quality assurance and support
You may unlink your Discord account at any time through your Synthaly Music settings
The bot is provided "as-is" and may be updated or discontinued at any time
Abuse of bot features may result in restriction of access

12. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive:

Account-related notifications (moderation actions, security alerts)
Service updates and important announcements
Optional marketing communications (if opted-in)

You can manage your email preferences in your account settings at any time.
